Cancellation policy
If client cancels within 24 hours and the appointment cannot be filled the full cost of the treatment shall be payable. If cancellation is made within 48 hours and appointment cannot be filled a £10 cost shall be incurred. If your appointment is cancelled by Body Parts Therapies within 48 hours your next treatment is free. Please note that this can be waived dependant on personal circumstances.

Always seek medical advice before coming for a treatment if you are on medication for a long term illness. A medical questionnaire will have to be completed on your first visit and you may be referred back to a GP for consent if you suffer from a condition that may be aggravated by massage. All clients under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
